1, the waste water

2, waste gas

All kinds of acid and alkali fog mainly cause pollution to the operating environment and directly endanger the skin and nasopharynx of production workers. Cyanide plating species, such as cyanide copper plating, cyanide galvanized, cyanide silver plating and other precipitated gases are toxic. The cyanide-free electroplating process should be implemented when there are alternative technologies and processes.
3, waste residue
The waste residue produced in the process of aluminum oxidation and coloring electroplating is mainly sludge containing heavy metal salts which is separated from the sedimentation tank after wastewater treatment. Direct waste residues in electroplating production process include anode mud, bottom foot of plating cylinder, degree of hanging device, wire binding, polishing dust and other recyclable wastes. Sludge is difficult to treat because it contains salts containing a variety of metal ions.
