Washing is a very important link in oxidation production. If there are problems in this link, it will seriously affect the quality of products and even produce substandard products.
1. Washing after degreasing
After degreasing, two washes are needed to clean the dirt and residual degreasing liquid on the surface of profiles so as to avoid contaminating the alkali corrosion tank.
2. Washing after Alkali Erosion
After alkali corrosion, two washes are needed to clean the profile surface and remove the residual alkali etching solution. If not cleaned after alkali corrosion, not only the neutralization tank will be polluted, but also the corrosion marks formed after scaling can not be removed even after rework.
3. Washing after oxidation
After oxidation, two washes should be carried out: the pH value of the first wash is 1.5-2.5, and the pH value of the second wash is 3.5-5.0.
4. Washing after dyeing
It needs two washes after coloring. The pH value of the first wash is 1.5-2.5, and that of the second wash is 3.5-5.0.
When coloring, the pH value of the front and back four washing tanks should be relatively stable under normal conditions, and a certain amount of overflow water should be opened to avoid adding water to the whole tank as far as possible. Staying for a few minutes in the first wash of oxidation will accelerate the coloring speed, while staying in the second wash of oxidation will slow down the coloring speed. After hanging from the dyeing trough and the first water, don't stay too long, otherwise, there will be defects such as ribbon, uneven dyeing and white hair at the end of the water.
5. Washing before sealing
Before sealing, it is better to add a pure water washing to prevent the impurities from entering the sealing groove, and the pH value should be controlled at > 5. It is not easy to seal when the pH value is low.
