It is suitable for copper plating, nickel plating, chromium plating, zinc plating, aluminium oxidation, phosphating, plastic plating and other advanced technological requirements, and can meet the functional and decorative requirements of various plating according to the needs of users. The whole line has reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, convenient operation, and can be designed to operate automatically and semi-automatically according to customer requirements. The fully automatic operating system controlled by computer programmable program can be displayed on screen with high stability.

Single or double motors can be used for driving. Nylon reinforcing belt is used in the lifting of the vehicle, which makes the noise very small and does not need lubrication. Rolling barrel dropping device can be installed on the barrel plating line. All imported brake motors are used.

Structural characteristics:

(1) The tank body is made of imported PP material and stainless steel, acid and alkali resistance and temperature resistance.

(2) Assembled all-stainless steel frame, the running guide rail in the frame is divided into high, medium and low rails, beautiful and durable.

(3) Independent electrical control cabinet, full program control by PLC, can also be operated manually.

(4) PP high precision filter and imported chemical pump, acid and alkali resistance.
